Life, in many ways, can be viewed as a series of choices we each make. And the result of these choices help guide us onto the path we will tread. Choices shape the arc of a life's trajectory. Certainly our college study is major factor in shaping the rest of our lives. And how we go about taking the skills and knowledge we have acquired during our studies and parlaying them into a career will have a major effect on our lives.

D'Youville College recognizes that part of the educational experience includes some guidance on how best to make choices of a variety of types. And those regarding employment and careers are certainly important ones. As a result, the college provides a number of services through out Career Services Department that can assist new students, those about to graduate, and alumni in making choices that will help them create rewarding career paths for themselves. I would encourage you to make the most of these services, in the sincere wish that you may create a satisfying and productive life beyond college.
