Who Needs a Professional Portfolio?

All serious career candidates need a professional portfolio. Each profession will have area specific entries that are unique to the candidate and the profession.

Teachers can include a brief summary of their student teaching experience, or a summary of special student related projects.

Business management professionals may include a brief summary of an internship that they completed satisfactorily, or a project that may be area specific to the job they are seeking in marketing, sales, or management.

Health professionals can summarize clinical experiences. This would give a candidate a leading edge, by giving examples of how they worked with:

Diverse populations: i.e. elderly,children, etc.
A disease or injury that needs specific knowledge and skills to care for a patient

Each portfolio is unique with different entries to demonstrate to candidates your accomplishments, experience, and knowledge.
